Shungite Cylinders or Harmonizers, balance the energy centers of the body.

The cylinders are made of Shungite and Soapstone. The two stones align the energy meridians of the body for optimal body functioning.

The Shungite is the Yin (feminine, receptive) cylinder and is held in the left hand. The Soapstone is the Yang (masculine, active) cylinder and is held in the right hand. The polarity of the two stones allows your bodies energy to flow through an organized circuit created by the two stones being held in your hands. When holding the cylinders it is important to not cross your legs or hands and to be seated. You may feel a slight tingling under your feet or a warmth in your hands.
